Website Updates & Additions

We are committed to making the CLGS website the pre-eminent online location for resources at the intersection of sexuality and religion, especially for the many concerns shared by LGBTQ-identified and allied communities. Late in 2008 we undertook a major re-design of the website, including more cross-referenced resources for our three constituencies: students and scholars, faith communities, and activists. The following list offers quick links and pointers to the latest additions to this website.

Expanding Marriage Project (June 2009)

Marriage is about more than just contracts; it's about families. This Pride Month, CLGS is expanding and renaming it's online marriage project: The CLGS Marriage and Family Project. This is especially important in light of the alarming number of states with restrictive laws on adoption and parenting. We're also more resources, commentaries, bibliographies, and links for the marriage equality struggle. Visit the Marriage and Family Project often!

Mollenkott, Glaser, Spahr Archives Collections (May 2009)

The CLGS Archives Project is an expanding resource for scholars and activists alike. CLGS is proud to help preserve the records of important LGBT pioneers and organizations. Check out the latest additions to this archival collection from Virginia Ramey Mollenkott, Janie Spahr, and Chris Glaser.
