Peterson Toscano performs from Transfigurations, his one-person play unearthing transgender Bible characters, "those who do not fit in the gender binary, and who are transgressing and transcending gender." This special performance is co-sponsored the the GTU Center for the Arts, Religion, and Education. Join us for a reception in the Bade Museum at 6:00pm; the performance begins at 7:00.

This is one of many events CLGS will host the week of September 19 to celebrate its 10th anniversary. The Center for Lesbian and Gay Studies in Religion and Ministry was founded at Pacific School of Religion in 2000 as the first LGBT center in an American seminary.
