Deseree Fontenot

Program and Administrative Assistant

Deseree Fontenot earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature and minor in Cinematic Arts from the University of Southern California. During her four years as a student organizer, she worked to expand diverse and thoughtful programming  as the director of the GLBT student assembly at USC. She formerly served as the Administrative Assistant at the Williams Institute at UCLA School of Law, a think tank focused on advancing critical thought in the field of sexual orientation law and public policy. Deseree is actively engaged in an independent writing project focused on Louisiana, food justice, and family history. She has also volunteered with sustainability and spirituality focused organizations in South America. She is thrilled to be a part of an organization working towards  social change for GLBT communities.
