Entrepreneurial Ministries (FTRS-1295)

This introductory course covers the nuts and bolts of creating and sustaining nonprofit organizations and ministries, which many LGBT people of faith opt to do rather than or in addition to working for established church bodies. We'll cover such topics as personnel, funding, office management, interfacing with the larger institutional church, strategic planning, publicity, and media relations. Class meets Tuesday-Friday, 1/17/06-1/20/06, from 1:00pm-5:00pm in MUDD 103.
