Our Boards

The Center for Lesbian and Gay Studies in Religion and Ministry (CLGS) is overseen by two Advisory Boards—the Bay Area Advisory Board and the National Advisory Board.

The Bay Area Advisory Board provides guidance and assistance to the leadership and staff of CLGS by helping set priorities for the programs and initiatives of the Center, through strategic planning, and outcome evaluation.

The National Advisory Board advises the Executive Director and staff of the Center on important national religious trends in ecclesiastical, academic, and political institutions affecting the LGBT communities, advises and assesses the Center's work, and helps with the publicizing and funding for the Center and its programs.
